Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.

2. Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address. 

3. Delivery Charges will not be refunded. 

4. Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
